Dear Beloved,
God knew that this day would come. It is the most important time in the history of our ministry!
Today, a new chapter begins in our lives and ministry. It is the legacy chapter. What we do from now on will determine our legacy of building God an army for future generations.
Beloved, God has placed Theresa and me under a divine mandate to build the Morris Cerullo World Outreach Legacy Training Center, here, in San Diego, California.
This dynamic training center will be a state-of-the-art, multi-media facility that will be mightily used by God to prepare His people until Jesus returns. We will train Nationals and send them into the nations of the world to fulfill the Great Commission!!!
This training center will include the Jewish World Outreach Pavilion, the Welcome Center Rotunda, the March of Prophecy, Walk Through the Bible, prayer gardens, and the incredible Legacy Training Center to equip God's people for souls. This is the same legacy that God's servant has had in Brazil, Central and South America, Indonesia, Israel, China, and literally around the world–a legacy for reaching SOULS!
This legacy will continue in the power of the Holy Spirit through the Morris Cerullo World Outreach Legacy Training Center. You will help me take the gospel to the ends of the earth, until Jesus returns!
Beloved, Theresa and I are also building this incredible facility so that you can come to San Diego and stay in our luxury accommodations and receive a tremendous impartation from God.
Receive personal prayer for your needs. Strengthen your spiritual walk. Enjoy the amenities of our world-class spa. Carry on our legacy of equipping God's people for the return of Christ.
It's all yours. It is our legacy to you. 
But I have one large mountain to move before we can put shovels in the ground and begin to build the World Outreach Legacy Training Center ...
We were able to purchase this property at an incredible price only due to the fact that it was in bankruptcy and being foreclosed on. Under different circumstances, it would have cost three times the price that we paid. However, it was necessary for us to take a strong leap of faith and offer $4 million over our original budget.
Before we can start building the future home of the World Outreach Legacy Training Center on this land we must repay the borrowed funds. Now, I am turning to my dearest and most generous friends, my extraordinary partners, to ask for a very special gift to raise the $4 million dollars for our land in Mission Valley.
God showed me that he would complete "The Miracle In Mission Valley," if Theresa and I would call together faithful friends to join us as World Outreach Legacy Patrons. (Click here to read about the details of the tremendous miracle God gave us with this property).
John 4:35 says, ... Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest. Beloved, the harvest of souls is ripe, and your harvest of personal blessing, prosperity, household salvation, and divine health is ready to be reaped!
Just as you would come and gladly give one day to volunteer and serve in the World Outreach Legacy Training Center, a Legacy Patron gives one day (one day's income) to help us possess the land and lay a mighty foundation on which to build this awesome World Outreach Legacy Training Center.

This portrait will be a magnificent addition to your office, study, or prayer room. Hang it in a place where you will see it often. It will be your reminder of the intimate partnership that you, Theresa, and I share, as we reach the nations of the world to fulfill God's heartbeat—SOULS!
